Corporate Social Responsibility

Opportunities in engineering

Disruptive engineering & technology requires fresh thinking, and we get this through our ever growing technical team.

We actively look to provide opportunities for young engineering talent, and hence nearly 30% of our technical team is made up of apprentices or university placement students.

Social impact through R&D

We focus our R&D programmes on solving problems that cause real social impacts. From affordable printing of braille to on-demand manufacture of orthopaedic insoles, KWSP looks to provide solutions that leave a lasting benefits to society.

See our ‘R&D’ page for examples of our work.

Boosting STEM in UK education

Uptake of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths A-Levels continues to fall. As a business that thrives on young and dynamic engineering talent, we have to make sure we help address this decline.

We actively support initiatives to boost sustainable STEM uptake.
